Wir teilen unser Sourcing in vier Phasen ein. Lieferantensourcing mit Überprüfung von Business License und Zertifikaten, Produktsourcing mit Musterbestellung, Preis- & Vertragsverhandlung, sowie Bestellung und Qualitätsmanagement.

Vor jedem Warenausgang und Transport fährt mein aus Deutschland stammender Qualitätsagent zur Fabrik, um die Ware in einem Tages-Check-Up zu überprüfen. Stellt er Mängel fest, wird nachgebessert, bevor die Ware das Fabrikgelände verlässt und die Restzahlung anfällt.

Zum Einen durch das Zusammenarbeiten mit unserem Netzwerk aus chinesischen Produzenten und Manufakturen, die nicht auf Alibaba zu finden sind, zum Anderen durch unsere chinesische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, aber auch durch unser chinesisches Bankkonto, indem wir den Lieferanten in heimischer Währung bezahlen können.
